How many appointments will I need, and how often?

The number of appointments required varies from person to person and depends on factors such as the complexity of your health issues, how long you have had the problem and how gently we need to layer on treatment interventions. It also depends on your motivation and willingness to get better.

Generally, a minimum of 3 appointments is required. For many people, the appointment structure will look like this:

• Initial Consultation

• Pathology testing (if required)

• Your individual health plan is prepared and presented

• Ongoing consultations every 2-4 weeks until we reach a time where we have addressed the root cause or drivers and we have achieved sustainable results.

• After this, consultations every 3 or 4 months may be required for ongoing wellness and maintenance.

What are your fees?

• Initial Consultation and Health Assessment- $220

• Follow-up consultations - $125

• Metabolic Balance® 3 month program $1,500 or 3 monthly payments of $550 (excludes Initial Consultation)

I don’t get migraine. Can I still book an appointment with you?

Of course! I am trained and experienced in general naturopathy practice and support many clients in the area of family and women’s health, immune support, stress, fatigue, anxiety, digestive conditions, weight loss, skin health, auto-immune disease, thyroid conditions, metabolic syndrome, and more.

Do you prescribe Practitioner-Only supplements?

Yes, I prefer practitioner-quality supplements as the quality and potency are generally far superior to retail products found in chemists and supermarkets.

For your safety, I can only prescribe these supplements after a full consultation and can organise for you to access supplements at a discounted cost from an online distributor. I also consider budget and preferences when prescribing.

Beware of purchasing practitioner-only supplements online without a consultation, as these are usually sold at highly inflated prices. Also, beware of purchasing supplements from overseas distributors, as regulations in some countries are less stringent than our regulations here in Australia.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available for the Metabolic Balance® package, and other packages upon request.

How do I receive my supplements and natural medicines?

Each client is set up with an account with an Australian-based online distributor of prescription and retail supplements and natural medicines. I send your prescription to the distributor, and you can then order your supplements directly, delivered to your door.
